The February 2007 statistics on consumer complaints against US airlines are contained in the February 2007 Air Travel Consumer Report from the U.S. Department of Transportation.
This monthly statistical report from the United States government is prepared by the Office of Aviation Enforcement and Proceedings, Aviation Consumer Protection Division. The report covers a number of areas of interest to air travellers, including:
The Consumer Complaints are divided into categories, including Disability and Discrimination complaints. The definition of the "Disability" category is, "Civil rights complaints by air travellers with disabilities." This type of complaint is specifically excluded from the "Discrimination" category.

Where there are fewer than 5 complaints against an individual airline for the reporting period (month), that airline is aggregated into the "Other U.S. Airlines" group and not named individually.
From page 40, Table 5:
Of the 19 Disability complaints for the month, 1 was against a non-U.S. airline. This airline was not specifically named in the report, as the total number of complaints against it for the reporting period was fewer than five.
The report does not give the details of the individual complaints, nor how they were dealt with.
The report does indicate how many passengers flew on each airline. The airlines with the most passengers would be expected to have more complaints, if all else is equal.
