Glad you like it. FYI, the report I referenced has a lot more data - on-time departures, complaints in other categories, stats for different airports, and more.

I should point out that the complaints figures are pretty low compared to the total number of flights taken. On the other hand, we don't know how many people simply don't complain formally, no matter how bad their experience.
