» Jill Browne - What good does MISS Ability do?

I know this show is bound to be a controversial thing.

Since I don't like beauty contests to begin with, I am not likely to ever be a fan of MISS Ability.

It really bothers me that the winner of the Dutch show has gone nameless in the publicity.

Jill,

The winner's name is Roos Prommenschankel. She has a condition called spasmodic torticollis. It makes the muscles in the back of her neck tighten, pushing her head back so that she can only sit upright for an hour a day.

Thank you, Megan.

I hope Ms. Prommenschankel has been able to address the Dutch Parliament, as the Prime Minister invited her to do.

It may be that something good can come out of MISS Ability - I sure hope so.

Thanks for the excellent detective work!
